- Zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy
- Preventive maintenance using our own shop as well as select outside shops to ensure proper prevention, maintenance, and safety of all equipment
- Compliance with all National Safety Code requirements
- Monthly internal driver safety and log book audits
- Trucks are road speed governed and satellite tracked

Founded in 2009 by Glenn Coe and Russel Coe, with extensive previous experience as owners/managers in successful trucking companies, Essential also employs shop, office, and senior driving staff that have been in the industry for decades.
